Members of Chapters, Contacts and special groups (with the approval of the Executive Committee) may borrow materials, through Epilepsy Ontario and with the agreement of the member group. 3. Chapters, Contacts and special pre-approved groups are responsible for all recovery costs of non-returned, damaged or lost materials. 4. Medical texts, journals, vertical file materials and other pre-designated materials clearly marked and classified “For Reference Only” may be used only in the Resource Centre. 5. Photocopies of reference materials (as per copyright laws) will cost $0.10 per page. Materials transmitted by FAX will cost $1.00 per page. 6. Most materials may be borrowed for two weeks. Policies

1. The general public is invited to use the facilities of the Resource Centre.  We request that you call ahead and let us know you are coming.  

2. Members of Chapters, Contacts and special groups (with the approval of the Executive Committee) may borrow materials, through Epilepsy Ontario and with the agreement of the member group.

3. Chapters, Contacts and special pre-approved groups are responsible for all recovery costs of non-returned, damaged or lost materials.

8. A brief orientation session, including access to the Centre’s computer data base, will be available during the first visit to the Resource Centre.
